I love the regularity of this scene, it's just so.. ordinary. That's what makes it especially cute, one time or another we've had our ears checked as kids, and it is somewhat odd. The litte fox looks very adorable, and I love the Doc's expression. Makes me imagine what nasty dirty stuff she found there...
Background is really cool too.
